Benefits of Private Pay
I do not accept insurance but I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. (See below for more information)

-
No diagnosis is required for services
To use insurance you must be given a diagnosis to bill for services.
-
Confidentiality
Insurance companies have access to your information if you utilize them to cover services. If you decide to do private pay they have no access to your records.
-
You have more control over your treatment
Insurance companies often will only cover a certain number of sessions and push for therapists to utilize specific types of therapies that may not work for everyone.
-
Avoid surprise costs
You will always know what the fees are through Delta Vita. Insurance companies may or may not cover services and can send you unwelcome bills if services are denied coverage.
Out of Network Insurance
If you have health insurance you may be eligible to use your plan's out-of-network benefits.

When you use out-of-network benefits you pay the full session fee at the time of the session. I will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Most plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
Please get in touch with your insurance company to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.
Some questions to ask your insurance company:

-
Am I eligible for Telemental health services?
-
What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health?
-
Is there a limit to the number of mental health sessions?
-
Do I need a referral?
-
How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?
